Before you ask

What counts as a machine?
The PC running Cenna Studio and serving the browser source. That can be the same box as your switcher or another one on the network — either way it's one subscription. A designer building the PSD doesn't need one, and neither does the machine that only renders the overlay.
Can I move my subscription to a different PC?
Yes, whenever you like. Your account page lists the machines signed in under Devices, and signing one out frees its place immediately — the copy of Cenna Studio on it stops within a minute, so do it between shows rather than during one. The new machine then signs in the usual way.
Does Cenna Studio need internet during a show?
No. Cenna Studio and the browser source it serves stay on your own network, and a subscription that's already been checked keeps the app working offline until the period you've paid for runs out. If you bind fields to a JSON endpoint, only that endpoint needs reaching — and polling can be set to manual so nothing moves unless you say so.
What happens if I cancel?
Cenna Studio keeps working to the end of the period you've paid for — cancelling means we stop billing you, not that the app stops mid-show. After that it stops opening projects, and your overlays, PSDs and exports stay on your own disk where they always were.
What happens if my card fails during a show?
Nothing, that night. A failed payment doesn't take the app away — access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and Paddle retries in the background. You'll hear from us long before anything stops.
What can render the overlays?
Anything that takes a browser source. Cenna Studio serves an ordinary transparent web page over HTTP, so whatever you switch on renders it — and you can point several at the same address at once, because the overlay never learns which one is asking.
